      Current Technology "leadership" is laughable.

      401k Match, hmmm that's about it.

      Cons

      Current technology leadership has no clue as to what it takes to maintain optimum levels of service. Relies on a sad group of hangers on to eeek thrub each crisis, and they seem to be more and more of them.

      Enterprise IT management mentality brought to its knees by new C level management.

      Pros

      Great 401k match compared to most other companies.

      Cons

      Upper management is more worried about their power base than the good of the company. Nonsensical decisions about promotions are decided without any employee recommendations at all. The same problems can be seen with current IT procurements.

      Went from an enterprise level company to small shop mentality after new managment took over.

      Pros

      401k is the best I have seen at any company. Great matching!

      Cons

      Senior management has no idea how to run an enterprise level company. They have no experience in a large datacenter environment. All of the senior managers and directors are at the smaller Boca office, and they "manage" remotely.
