      Pros

      Coming off the street you can earn a lot more money than most veterans here, sadly thats a con for me but a pro for you. Solid products suite.

      Cons

      New products seem to be flying by the seat of their pants to get right by launch time. Embarrassing for the most part, internally and externally. Completely unfair compenstation practices compared to how much this company brings in. MAJOR political 'friends being promoted' atmosphere.
