      Good Benefits Intelligent and great employees at the "associate" level as well as some of the Director Levels.

      Cons

      Very Political Environment especially in Sales -- many aspects resemble a High School environment. Somewhat of a popularity contest opposed to a "successful" and competitive environment.

      Solid company, good benefits. No surprises.

      Cons

      They were running a bit too lean in my area. It is fine as long as there aren't any issues. When there are issues the team needs to put in a lot of extra time to stay above water.
