Pros

good work place balancing of work life and family quite good technical work one of the best company in its domain

Cons

management is not concerned about career growth of senior employees. compensation not good as compared to other employers. increments are still not good now. performance of all employees is not appreciated. selective people get appreciated.

Pros

Very nice people to work with. No fuss about taking days off. Good leadership from upper level management throughout the company.

Cons

One big issue with Lexmark is the unfairness of promotions, one can visually see who deserves it and who doesn't.

Pros

Professional work environment. Management is very easy going. Okay benefits. Seniority is respected.

Cons

No training, spotty backup coverage, very little communication with managers. To much emphasis on metrics. Written contracts are not enforced with the customers. Too many key accounts positions were outsourced to Cebu in the Philippines.
