Pros

Emphasis on work-life balance and community involvement, competitive pay. Pleasant day-to-day work environment. A lot of smart engineering co-workers, good labs.

Cons

Off-shoring and US downsizing practically an annual ritual. Virtually no career growth in US. Series of redundant software acquisitions took company from cash-rich to debt-burdened without much revenue growth to show for it. Minimal innovation investment outside of software.

Cons

Some teams have a poor culture, lack accountability, long term company strategy is questionable, restructuring currently, poor org to org teamwork in some cases
