Most of the people there are amazing and very very talented. good staff discount. I loved my team and we all worked really well together

Salaries are not reviewed at all. every year you have to go through this evaluation process where you set up targets for the year and so on but your salary is never increased or reviewed based on the previous years evaluation. its basically a waste of time. They also don't have any career opportunities. they always use examples of a buyer who started on the shop floor. but thats the ONLY example.
