Runs like a family business - lots of lovely and well meaning people across head office and retail shop floor, good at team work and helping each other out

Cons

Runs like a family business - superiors and favouritism Distinct separation between head office and shop floor - buyers should be talking directly to staff selling their items for honest feedback on what does/doesn’t sell and most importantly WHY - customers talk; shop floor have more knowledge than anyone
