There is a lot: - horrible commission scheme. Need to reach a ridiculously high target that nobody has achieved to make 10% commission. Lots of staff have had to rely on government allowance to survive. - flat pay is really low for a luxury store, £9.75. - toxic work environment, with managerial staff who don’t care - not people centric at all, only focus on money and will walk all over you for this goal.

Managers treat you like slaves whilst they sit back and relax. You will get spoken to like you’re nothing on this earth by management, and trust me when I say running to HR does not help. HR are for the people but it seems like they’re only in favour of the managers. A lot of favouritism goes on in liberty, and if you have any issues there’s no one to go to, because people are too busy trying to please others. It’s sad because there’s a lot of toxic and depression going on in that building but everyone tends to play a blind eye, because they don’t want to tread on anyone’s toes. I don’t think I’ve ever been so heartbroken and disappointed in a place I call work, somewhere I spend more time than anywhere else.
