      Not the most competitive pay wise Can be chaotic A lot of business change as an impact of Covid has led to high turnover in last 12 months Impact of Covid has been very stressful for a lot of teams

      You’ll get to work with some lovely, intelligent and passionate people who are sadly underpaid and under appreciated.

      Cons

      - Hierarchical organisation with little room for progression - Lack of training and development - everything you learn needs to be taught by yourself - Poor salary which fails to match industry standards / little to no perks apart from staff discount. - No work life balance - be prepared to work until 9pm
