Thank you for your review. Its great to see an employee who feels the environment at Liberty gives them what they need to both have a dynamic job and progress in their career whilst also feeling supported by their peers.

Pros

the staff discount, the beautiful building, the location.

Cons

Liberty has fostered a toxic environment that is encouraged from the top down. It is cut throat and viscous. As a business their interest does not lie in their employees, front of house or back of house and management are used as blunt tools to enforce the latest draconian attitude from the Leadership Team. The HR team are trained to do as they are told which means that several employees have found themselves investigated and dragged through disciplineries based on very little or NO evidence of wrong doing. To speak up, is to sign your own P45 and you will find ourself out of a job in no time. A certain amount of time and energy to is put into creating glossy slogans of 'Team work' and 'Career Paths' but the damage and rot, has corroded any trust the employees have of a positive change ever occurring. From a Head Office point of view, it is a volatile and highly charged environment where doing your best will still never be enough.

Thank you for your review, and although its disappointing to see a negetative view of your time with the business, it enables me to share what we have been doing over the last year. By doing an Employee Survey we were able to gain real tangible insight into some of the concerns that employee's have. This has enabled us to work with both the leadership and management teams to address these concerns and feedback to any changes we've made have been very positive.
