      Pros

      The discount is very generous, including the 7 business wear items at 50% off. You meet a range of inspirational and hardwearing staff who have stuck it most of which share their stories and tips. Great internal communication in the Liberty Loop staff magazine. HR are a good support and the recruitment process is thorough yet flexible- my contract being tailored to benefit me. Particular to me, I've had thorough training within my department and sub departments. If you work hard and prove yourself- which you owe the iconic company- you will become a respected member of staff.

      Cons

      Rotas do not come in quick enough advance. Difficult communication from staff to managers to HR when an issue needs to be resolved and often find myself doing the legwork myself. Systems within the company are very behind the times- all computers are run on Windows XP (which is hideous) and other systems such as printing price tickets are inefficient and laborious. Management who can often be rude, unappreciative and egotistical (not an exaggeration, there are some foul people) - but there are some gems.

      Thank you for your feedback its really great to see someone who clearly loves their role and the business, and is also appreciative of the knowledge of other staff and their support to their colleagues. We are continually trying to improve the business from processes to systems and appreciate this is frustating for all that use the more dated ones.

      Pros

      - Staff are amazing, always willing to help you out even if you are new - 35 per cent staff discount, discount on carnaby street and regent street - Friendly managers and supervisors that you can go out for a drink after - Great Time in and out system - The pay is amazing and you get commission - They treat their staff incredibly well

      Cons

      Not much I can say really, other than the commission aspect makes people bring out their bad side.
