Pros

Work and load is generally easy for nursing professions. Pay is on par with other ALFs

Cons

Management constantly changing. No solid foundation for organization until recently. Upper Management, Execs don't share any outlook, are greedy and only perform in the pursuit of money. It's disgusting.

Caring, professional nurses, aides, dietary, housekeeping and maintenance. Everyone wants to be sure our patients are treated like family.

Cons

Current admin want to only deal with Exec Dir and Bus Office Manager; even though they aren't the ones doing the direct care.
