Pros

Vision: There is no lack of vision or purpose working here. If you desire to use your workplace skills for an organization doing God's work, it's a great place to be Talent: This is no doubt one of most talented groups of people I have ever worked with in my whole career. It's an amazing combination when you see the passion for Christ mixed with super high talent. Amazing work gets done The People: The whole place is filled with high quality people who love Jesus and want to do the best they can. Along with that they are some of the most friendly, thoughtful people I have worked with. Growth and Accountability: If you want to work here you better be willing to be stretched and put in a position to grow. You will be working with other talented people and this will help provide a sense of wanting to get better every day. After time you will be able to do things that you couldn't when you first started

Cons

Just be aware that it is a **High Feedback** culture. This doesn't need to be a con but it depends on how you take feedback. It can be intimidating knowing that you will be measured highly since the rest of the team performs high. But it is good for development and knowing exactly where you stand

Pros

- We love to have fun. I can't think of the last day at work that I haven't laughed. - A team of like minded people dedicated to a great mission. - High flexibility; rearranging your schedule is almost never a problem if you have something outside of work you need to attend to. - Great benefits - Challenging; Definitely stretches me both personally and professionally

Cons

- Lower than average pay (in my opinion, this is easily worth sacrificing, but it is also worth mentioning)

Pros

The mission of the Gospel is core. There's no jockeying for promotions, ulterior motives, or having to do shady business junk for advertising revenue. I've been here a year and am still astounded at the amount of high quality work that gets done because people care about each other and the mission and can use their gifts to the fullest. When a new API or service comes out, we're able to do quick evaluation and adoption and still take the time to do stuff right. New ideas are constantly welcomed from everyone. This is the most refreshing, energizing work environment I've ever been in, with all the right kinds of peer pressure. The charge is to get your work done well, but your holistic well-being is top importance. Leaders set the example of actually prioritizing family time. We're all on the same page, trying to represent Christ in our family lives, participating in our church and using modern means to spread the Gospel, and it's all interconnected. So much time is devoted to growing everyone as leaders, without cringey "team-building" exercises. The childcare program on campus is top-notch. It's crazy that we get to take our passion for tech / marketing / analytics / writing etc. and merge it without our passion for the love of Jesus, all in a community of people doing the same.

Cons

We're constantly breaking new ground in scale, so there are growing pains in tuning our processes and adopting new tech. Being assertive and staying current on your field's trends is hugely helpful.
