      Pros

      Working for Life.Church is a dream. We work for the greatest mission on earth alongside some of the top leaders of our lifetime. One of the best parts is those leaders truly care about us as people. Not only do they pour out their time and resources making us better professionally, but personally as well.

      Cons

      We work a lot of interesting hours compared to the rest of the professional world, so if you're expecting your weeks to be 9-5 every week of the year, this is not the case.

      The leadership at Life.Church wants one thing from you as a staff member, to grow as a person and as a leader. Its proven with all the opportunities they provide to develop your skills.

      Cons

      It can have very busy seasons, Christmas, Easter, At The Movies. But the rest time is allowed as you need.

      I haven't once thought about leaving my job at Life.Church. It has been a blessing to me and my family, and it's an honor to serve.
