Great CEO. Excellent management. Lovely benefits. This company really responds to employee feedback. Management is fair and corporate culture is vivacious. I hope to remain a longtime employee like so many other employees.

Cons

There aren't many cons that come to mind. The location is not ideal. I wish the company would take larger risks to increase profits.
