Pros

This job comes with great starting pay and they also give yearly raises and bonuses. It's a semi fun work environment.

Cons

The company is focused on customers and possible revenue so much they forget about their employees. Several times I've been what I consider sexually harassed. There is no protocol in place to get off the phone with these types of callers. Management doesn't step in and take up for you. The overnight shift at LE is neglected. Not many training and coaching opportunities for people working this shift. You learn how to do certain things through trial and error through your quality scores. Quality scores, like most call centers, are very subjective and the roadmap changes a few times a year.

Pros

Ok pay. Free health insurance. Flexible Schedule options when you have been there over a year. Lots of overtime available.

Cons

Management constantly threatening to fire you to try to improve performance. You can only get promoted if your friends with certain people. Once you get on their bad side you will get write ups until they fire you.
