Ok company...Not a career. Just a job.

Pros

Benefits are ok for full time employees, hours work (mostly) well with family life, depending on location bonuses can be made, interaction with the public can be fun.

Cons

Paperwork overload, upper management is out of touch with store level employees, no room for growth, policies change frequently which causes confusion and errors by employees who then get reprimanded for it, open 7 days a week and weekends are mandatory.

Pros

flexible schedule, business hours are family friendly, company growing, wants to hear employee opinion, training program is getting better, fair pay at store level, they value the employee, decent bonus structure

Cons

promotion unlikely if you do not live in Buffalo or cannot relocate so basically a dead end job once you reach store management and area management levels. this also affects career path developmental skills so the company will always have to go outside for new employees to fill higher positions. Staffing at stores is slim no back up managers. No family medical benefits
