Pros

Most of the members are great. Made some great personal and professional connections along the way.

Cons

This location has a lot of high school drama, lacks leadership, plays favorites, management and upper management are fake, management will act like they are on your side when an entitled member starts screaming at you and then later on will blame you for that conflict and use it as an excuse to write you up. Member wasn't terminated and this wasn't their first negative interaction with someone in membership. Was accused of having an unconscious bias towards members by upper management which resulted in me going to HR on them. If you're a member and you have money, you can get away with anything there. Member made an anti-semitic "joke" to me and nothing was done by upper management. This club freaks out when they hear someone from corporate is coming and they try to make the club something it is not. This company prides itself in being inclusive and I was the only straight guy in membership for a while. Felt like I was being targeted for little mistakes when the non-straight guys were making the same mistakes and weren't getting penalized for it.

Pros

Free gym membership, discounted rate for family members in household. 40% off spa retail 25% off services for yourself, or team services as low as $4-7 dollars if other technician wants to trade.

Cons

Pay used to be much better, they now have service providers on hourly + commission(sliding scale) based on revenue per hour which determines what level(if any) commission bonus you will receive that pay period. if you get no showed, or a last minute cancellation, that lost hour negatively reflects on your RPH and reduces your ability to keep a commission tier. IF they reach the client to pay the 100% no show fee, it doesn't... or 50% for same day cancellation fee it won't hurt it as much.... but they are banking on the fact they don't have to reach the client... its more in their pocket. Any discounted services will also effect your pay.

Pros

They offered bridge pay (8- Weeks) for my transition from my previous training job, and they offer hourly until you build your schedule. They give you about 90 days to build. Professional environment. Good Health benefits

Cons

Not very much assistance with help building clients. It can be competitive. The payout tiers change often as well as management. Thats just how the industry is. Most people have additional jobs to supplement.
