Free gym membership in truly beautiful clubs, well-appointed office environment.
Cons
NO raise or bonus of *any* kind in nearly 5 years of 50-60 hour weeks, an always-on cell phone and constant change for change''s sake, Marginal benefits, especially health insurance. If you're in upper management, or an FOB, you're set but if not it's just a waiting game to see if you'll get exhausted and quit. Or pissed off and quit. Or, you'll get blindsided and let go one day after consistently getting great reviews and giving your all. If you do stay you'll be expected to use personal contact lists and social media accounts for corporate marketing activities. Really.
