      pay is okay, benefits are pretty good

      the CEO is not running the executive leadership well, the executive leadership does not run senior leadership. overall vacuum in leadership. nonsensical viewpoints towards human capital and business investments

      Pros

      Great place to work (outside of the IT department), friendly staff, decent cafeteria, great benfits and decent starting pay.

      Cons

      The IT department is stuck in 1999. Most of the people that work there are seriously unqualified for their job positions and anyone who is competent leaves within a year. Many of these people have no clue about cyber security or enterprise level management. There is no direction, documentaiton, standards, or policies. One of the most technically incompetent IT departments I've ever experienced.

      Great support from Management. They are open to listen to the staff concerns. Nursing staff work together as a team to make the unit run better.

      The unit can become very bus.
