They want you to work like a dog with very little pay. I see why so many Doctors and Nurses have left. They don't want to pay you hardly nothing. They want you wear so many hats around here and don't want to pay you nothing. I bet there pockets are being lined with there fat bonuses. That's why they cut back on everything. Food now is ridiculously expensive for employees. They need to get rid of that new vendor. Such a rip off. Sinai is a hostile environment especially in the E.R. Poor management skills throughout. I don't even know how they got their position. They must have known someone to help get them there. There is lack of communication and poor mgmt.

The company doesn't seem to value their employees very much. No annual raises for the what management considers lower class departments such as housekeeping or service.
