      Health benefits and work exprience.

      Cons

      Its almost like highschool. The environment is toxic and there is a LOT of bullying. I remember one of my coworkers went to HR about bullying and simply asked for a shift change. The manager declined and made her work with people who were bullying her while she was pregnant! Toxic, toxic, toxic

      Pros

      Great pay depending on the position. Lots of wonderful people and a good mission

      Cons

      The work culture is terrible. Whether it’s from middle management or upper, they breed a back biting environment , are hypercritical and micromanage each individual. It is very stressful to work here. I regularly worked 50-60 weeks with little gratitude.

      Not very many pros left of the benefits a lot has changed and company doesn’t care as much about morale as they do the bottom dollar

      Cons

      Use to be a company who cares about their employees now it seems as though they are becoming more corporate and care less about employees and more about money. Very little chance for upward mobility
