Pros

Has a good foundation but unfortunately has lost sight of the mission. Benefits are okay but they could offer so much more.

Cons

Horrible management and treatment of employees. Complete disrespect for employees and donor families. It has become more about the money they can gain than the original mission statement.

Pros

The pro is only if donation and transplant align with your personal belief and values.

Cons

Management called the per diems (99% of work force) "the enemy". Management prides themselves on poor employee morale. No benefits to per diems who work equal to or more than 40 hrs a week. No travel or mileage or toll reimbursement, especially if you are a per diem; all very important in WA because of skyrocketing living costs. Extremely low full time pay with almost no bonuses. No promotions or growth opportunities Extremely high turn over and low staff levels.
