Pros

Can pick your shift (weekday am, weekday pm, weekday overnight, weekend am, weekend overnight) Shift differentials are added to base pay depending on your shift (15% weekend overnight, 12% added after 10pm, etc)

Cons

Too little pay for expectations!!!!!! 18 people have quit in the 7 months I have worked here Management does not incentivize hard work (i.e. picking up more skills does not correlate with a pay raise) Poor work culture (bullying, uninvolved management) Micromanagement (you have to write on paper whenever you are taking a break and the managers check it?) Pay varies person to person and does not reflect prior experience (I have a bachelors of science and get paid less than someone that came from a desk job at an insurance company. I obviously didn’t know this upon hiring)
