Poor training as far as admin. position goes. Very little chance of advancement. Very little chance of pay increase. A lot of drama/gossip between staff members; including in most major sites; seems upper management is more preoccupied with money coming in than their staff which leads to high turn over rate. -(Which they don't seem to give two damns about) Hard to accrue PTO; most holidays falls on a Monday or during the work week so you're forced to use it up. No paid holidays. AT ALL. High turn over rate in all positions; front desk/admin, floaters & therapists. But they just let go about 12-15 people within this month due to "a reducing number of clients".

he pay for clinicians is very low, especially considering the population you work with. The clinical work was intensely stressful at times and it sucked to feel like no one really cared about what you were doing. The organization itself has a lot of issues that were never worked on during the 6 years I was an employee.
