The Severe and Persistent Illness program offers a lot of opportunity to work with several diagnoses.

Cons

Leadership cares more about dollars than people. The working conditions were dismal at best.

Enjoyed working within in a team environment. Good location and decent benefits. Stressful at times, but the work was rewarding.

Cons

The pay could have been better. The agency had some issues with their building and could have handled the problems in a more appropriate manner.
