Rewarding work and the clients are great. There are great little deals from time to time like getting 50% at Columbia.

Cons

The upper management that oversees the management at each location is awful. They are out of touch of what is really going on In the everyday stuff. Unrealistic goals that are set for staff to achieve more like a cattle call
