Great overall experience for an intern.

Cons

Consideration of actual experience toward initial salary or salary increases. They will NOT give you a fair or equal salary. They even ask for volunteers to work as a supervisor if you are qualified but will not offer a supervisors salary for your services. Sadly, the supervisor making the request said they would tell management I was just :not available", that was not true. I suggested they tell them I said no due to the salary...crickets.
