Lip service from the higher ups when pushed to communicate to staff. They’d prefer to sit in their ivory tower and never speak to any of us peons.

Good PTO and benefits, opportunities to help clients, good coworkers.

Cons

Beyond terrible communication accompanying lots of changes to systems and processes. The top managers at my site seem to hate their jobs and are frequently absent. They just keep hiring more highly paid non clinical directors, who make clinical decisions.
