Pros

Vital mission, much needed community service.

Cons

Focus is on work, work and more work. Relationships within staff aren't valued. Only company I ever worked for where I left without having made a friend. Noses to the grindstone, little sense of camaraderie. There are people in top management who have been there too long and need to go; fresh perspective would help a lot.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry you had a negative experience. Our employees are incredibly dedicated and hard working, and we hear stories every day of how the strength of team relationships is key to our staff's job satisfaction.

Pros

My site isn’t micro managed yet.

Cons

EXTREMELY HEAVY WORK LOAD, HIGH TRAFFIC OF PEOPLE, PHONES RING NON STOP. LOTS of continual interruptions that make it hard to get any work done. The Counselors HIGHLY depend on front desk for EVERYTHING. To clean up messes, literally clean filthy bathrooms left by those who go there. To get toilet paper, fix copy machine, fix fax machine. Apparently all is too complicated for them to figure out or beneath them to clean up. NO raises have been given to employees in 3 years!!! They claim there is no money but enough money to build a new 3 story building. There is absolutely no structure. We enforce policies and procedures for counselors to break them. I DO NOT recommend anyone to work here or be seen as a client. Continuous canceling of appointments for those seeking treatment. Not fair to do to them!!! There is no work or life balance working here. Unless you leave at 4 pm or 5 pm. Long clinical hours. You will be asked to work overtime and not get paid, they will have you flex your time. Meaning, go in late, long lunch, rarely leave early. This is a FOR PROFIT NOT NON PROFIT.
