Pros

The team is focused on the clients was apparent and the community saw this in their actions daily.

Cons

Director was incompetent, frequently unavailable and unreliable, untrusting, and she was not supportive of her program managers. Also the organization falsified employment unemployment taxes to the state of Washington.
