Pros

As much overtime you can handle, that's about it.

Cons

Terrible pay for the work, dealing with screaming all night at the Bradley Center. No backup when you need help with a patient, Nurses will irritate patients behind glass and make you deal with their mess. Very poor management, will screw you of your hours and make you feel terrible about your job. After 5 years with the company all you get is a 20 cent increase in pay.

Pros

Checks don't bounce and there on time

Cons

Can't remember what year we had last raise, nurse staffing ratios dangerous, turnover for management and employees skyrocketed under them, morale plummeted, infection rates went up because of turnover and calibre of new staff. Terrible reputation. Not enough essential equipment like wheelchairs. But senior management got huge bonuses. Benefits terrible. No communication or contact with corporate. It's all about the money

Pros

Honestly can't think of one. The only positive would be I enjoy the employees I work with but they were not Lifepoint hires and have nothing to do with lifepoint. We all genuinely hate Lifepoint together, I guess that's what bonds us.

Cons

Hmm too many to name. They really don't care about their employees at all. I know that sounds rough but I'm telling you they really don't at all. I've been in some senior level meetings and all they care about is profits. Their priorities in order are profits, shareholders, paying top level executives and quality. The last thing they care about is quality and I won't even put employees on the priority list. They just don't care at all.
