Pros

Non at all for me. Created stress and was at work more than at home.

Cons

ridiculous deadlines with not enough staff. Our small community hospital was promised that nothing would change with the partnership. WRONG!

Pros

LifePoint Health is a company growing very quickly and offers excellent an excellent salary and benefits. Most of the workforce are quite congenial and easy to approach. Excellent support from corporate accounting.

Cons

LifePoint Health displays poor strategic planning in most instances because they are growing so quickly. The communication from the top down typically does not exist. There are "silos" within the corporate and many times work request from the field are duplicated.

Pros

Management seems friendly. I really do not think they care who is working, they only care about the money.

Cons

I am so busy charting, answering phones, entering orders, answering call bells and assisting other nursing staff with patient care, that my own patient care is suffering. Do they know they have staff that works at night?
