Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Good front line people who really care about the patient and their coworkers. Local management tries their best.

Cons

Lots of talk about patient safety and doing what's right for the patient, buts appears to be mainly just checking a box and lip service. Lots of lets put the next big fad in healthcare in place but then not much follow through, just move on to the next fad next year. Healthcare ADD in action.

Company is growing and healthcare is a great sector in which to work. High respect for CEO and President.

Cons

High turnover at VP level. Lost many good people due to poor management by some executives.

Pros

Pay is above average and there are employees whom do work as a team and love what they do. There are many who are there for the patients.

Cons

No raises or across the board wage adjustments. Leadership is only concerned with the bottom line. Advancement is very political. Company values are not followed through.
