      Work from home was the only pro.

      Cons

      The accounting team is very toxic. Low pay and too much overtime every month. There is no structure and job training. If you have an interview with Emily fisher then run because is very toxic and will not support you through your job duties. & the higher management is aware of this but will do anything about it.
