Pros

This is the warmest group of employees I have had the pleasure to work with. My co-workers make coming to work easier.

Cons

Management does not have a grasp on employee retention and recruitment. Decisions for staffing are not based on patient satisfaction or patient safety.

Pros

Honestly can't think of one. The only positive would be I enjoy the employees I work with but they were not Lifepoint hires and have nothing to do with lifepoint. We all genuinely hate Lifepoint together, I guess that's what bonds us.

Cons

Hmm too many to name. They really don't care about their employees at all. I know that sounds rough but I'm telling you they really don't at all. I've been in some senior level meetings and all they care about is profits. Their priorities in order are profits, shareholders, paying top level executives and quality. The last thing they care about is quality and I won't even put employees on the priority list. They just don't care at all.
