Pros

Very little pro’s. Hospital need some coaching from Vidant. They will lose more people. Everything is about money and very little with patients.

Cons

Stay away from Wilson Medical Center. Upper management does not seem to support working employees. Should consider work from home at times. Not employee friendly. Causes riffs between management and staff. HR is a joke.
