Pros

Helping patients and the co-workers are amazing; plenty of hours to work. Bonuses are given for working hard which is a great idea.

Cons

Do not get lunch breaks or any breaks for that matter but 30 minutes are still deducted from paycheck; which needs to be addressed immediately. No communication or open door policy.

Benefits are excellent, pay is comparable to other companies of their size and the people are friendly and always there to help

Cons

They don’t let remote work happen as freely as it could , communication is hard with so many facilities and the bonus plan is difficult
