Pros

Economies of scale to provide community with new technology and specialist

Cons

Hacked and slashed employees/culture and surprised by poor outcomes. Doesn't need to bring unnecessary specialties (keep costs down) if it can build relationships with regional health leaders. its been 5 years and there still hasn't been a turn around in culture.

Scheduling. Environment. Atmosphere. CEO of our hospital is very kind and humble.

Cons

Pay almost half of the state and national average for positions. No raises. Contract/Temp employees take pay CUT upon full-time hiring.

Non at all for me. Created stress and was at work more than at home.

Cons

ridiculous deadlines with not enough staff. Our small community hospital was promised that nothing would change with the partnership. WRONG!
