Lifepoint Health reviews

I've been there 5 years and have been through 4 directors. I think upper management expects too much of everyone. I think there is not enough staff and high expectations. They are too focused on profit and growing and not focused enough on working on the companies they already have. Annual reviews and competency, which raises are based on, management are not allowed ever to give 5 (5 is the highest) and are required to give a low point somewhere in the review.

Overall focus of LifePoint is to charge as much as they can get away with, while providing barely adequate care, resources, staffing and equipment.
