      Nothing I can say but some co worker are very helpful when you ask for help. That’s the only thing to be said

      Do not pay enough very low for work. Very unfair treatment toward employees. A lot of favoritism. Empty promises No room for advancement

      No annual raises or reviews. Barely any retirement. Benefits and pay are unrealistic for NOVA they need to catch up. They are losing nurses and will continue to.
