Great place to start out your career and get some experience.This is a teaching hospital so they do a lot of hiring fresh out of school which gives new nurses a chance to get some experience. Most of the floor directors work very well with their staff.

Cons

Leadership tends to not leave enough staff to cover floors properly. They could staff the floors with a better patient/nurse ratio. This company tends to not give yearly raises some times. This company has taken away their company match on their 401k.
