Pros

You earn personal/vacation days. My manager was wonderful and stayed with the schedule we agreed to at time of hire.

Cons

I probably would have stayed if the pay would have been better and if I felt that my job served a purpose.

Pros

The team of nurses has always been amazing. My direct supervisor cares. Small hospital.

Cons

Pay cuts without notice. Short-staffed and overworked regularly. Fails to attract new staff-hired about 10 travelers. HR will not answer calls or emails and will lie saying they did, No sick time accrual. INS with Lincoln financial is difficult to utilize. benefits are not good. In a lawsuit for not paying employees for time worked.

Great onsite facility leadership. Staff feel like family.

Cons

Horrible working conditions: always understaffed and company asks for more productivity. Poor work-life balance. Low pay for market value. Corporate team does not respond to concerns of patient safety. No annual merit increase. Bonuses not paid out. Very high turn over rates.
