Pros

- Get a crash course on how long a company can ignore a problem. 2 years in this case. - Participate in a stellar self-control exercise. Management told me the extra money from their overpayment "mistake" was mine, I knew something was off and didn't spend it. Ultimately that discipline allowed to get out of there.

Cons

They have either gross incompetence or a straight-up scam to trap employees. It was a nightmare dealing with their incompetence and questionable ethics. From day one, I noticed they were overpaying me and brought it up to management multiple times. They brushed it off, and let it keep happening for TWO YEARS. Near the end of my contract, they "suddenly realized" claimed it was a "mistake" and demanded the almost 6 figure lump sump back or for me to stay and "work it off". That overpayment "mistake" was a deliberate scam to retain people in an undesirable work place. To top things off, they are now withholding my W2 form. I am still trying to correct my taxes from their overpayment "mistake" and now this. They are for sure the gift that keeps on giving.

Pros

There are no pros with this company

Cons

This company does not care for its employees nor patients. The new CEO does not know how to run a healthcare facility. This is evident by his many resignations over state investigations and other facilities. They run skeleton crews that affect operations and affect patient care. They are trying to get veteran employees to quit to bring in cheaper and less trained staff. Make you work overtime and then flex you to kill your overtime. No home life balance. Pay and benefits are not good enough for the amount of stress they put on you. Employees mentally break down daily. Look elsewhere for employment at all cost.
