Pros

There are some wonderful people that work here.

Cons

They are light years behind on technology, outpatient philosophy, physician services/operations and there is no sign of them ever catching up.

Pros

Good teams make work enjoyable. Interesting work keeps the day to day from becoming too routine. The hours for IT are more reasonable than some environments I have worked in. It's pretty much a 40 hour week or as close as you want to make it.

Cons

Distributed responsibility can lead to some issues with completion of tasks. This is especially true if third parties outside the company are involved. Overall there are very few cons to be discussed at least in my group. The experience will vary by team.
