Great coworkers, shady management

Pros

Love my team. I can trust the other staff to have my back and vice versa.

Cons

The company cut shift differentials without telling us. Work environment can be dangerous. Staff constantly getting threatened/assaulted. Management does nothing to address concerns or increase safety protocols.

Cons

-unrealistic productivity -nursing focused admin limits therapy resources -solely focused on increasing caseloads without considering patient outcomes or clinician burnout -weekends/holidays -no overtime -low compensation packages -no sick leave, only accrued PTO -limited availability for PTO
