We are sorry to hear this was your experience. We’ve loved and appreciated our office managers over the years, and they continue to play an important role as the face of Lifespark in a very busy office. As our office needs shifted, this role was re-evaluated and responsibilities were divided among other roles. We appreciate the role you played in the years you were here.

Pros

Taking over senior living buildings for home health and hospice profits.

Cons

Private company that puts everyone on hospice instead of getting the care they need because the company is driven by insurance companies and profits.

We appreciate your review and value your perspective but feel it’s not a correct portrayal of the work we are doing and that’s unfortunate. We serve thousands of seniors every day in a variety of ways through home health, private-pay, senior living, value-based, and hospice. Saying we put everyone on hospice is grossly inaccurate. Hospice is always a choice and it’s also a conversation that is very important, especially to those whose health is complex. Often, hospice isn’t a means to an end but a focus on quality of life and if that’s right for the person, they get to make an informed choice about how they want to spend the rest of their life. It’s not up to us to decide that but to listen, understand the facts with expertise, educate about hospice services, and support people no matter what they choose. We also know that most people say they wish they had learned about hospice sooner. Proud to be on that journey with them.
