Paid holidays that management acts like a favor instead of a right.

Cons

The pressure is unbearable. The workload is crushing while the pay remains insultingly low. Stress and misery will be your daily companions at your small desk and computer! It feels like a punishment, not a job.

None! Don't work here if you don't want to be miserable, especially if you are a woman!

Cons

Don't work here if you are a woman! Management is incredibly sexist! They harass, discriminate, patronize, and undervalue us. Even if you do the same work , have the same position, you'll be paid less and given fewer opportunities compared to your male coworkers. Avoid!
