Pros

You can make some decent money if you answer emails at 2:00 in the morning. The "Presidents" of the divisions were spineless maggots that spent their time clipping magazines and trying to knock off all their competition.

Cons

The money comes after you get abused by the jerks in middle management that don't appreciate their team. Chasing profits at the expense of quality and originality. This company is going nowhere because they're trying to sell Walmart knock offs at Macy's.

Pros

Some of the nicest people I've met. Decent salary. Clean offices.

Cons

Along with the nice there is also the bad. The management is deceitful and nasty. There is no training at all. You're thrown behind a desk and told to work. Management goes through your desk at night when your not there and have even been known to take your paperwork and/or move your desk with out your knowledge. You are told to completely focus on one thing and then your are berated for not doing others. The management is extremely poor and unfriendly to employee. Management talks about the employees in the department and also the executive management in corporate. Additionally, I have never seen so many unhappy (with the company) employees ever. Not one has anything nice to say.
