Pros

Great opportunity for stepping stone into the home industry. LTB is the leader in home industry so looks good on resume. Opportunity to national and international travel

Cons

Underpaid overworked, plays favorites, all executives are either family or long time good friends of family

Pros

Great opportunity to travel and gain experience. People are very friendly and management is flexible with hours.

Cons

Unless your related to an executive, don't expect to settle down here. Relatives are constantly promoted while the hard working employees stay put. Raises are also few and far between.

Pros

Discounts on household products. Most people not in management roles are friendly.

Cons

- Management plays favorites, if they don't like you they will try to get rid of you - Designs are often copied off of other competitors products - Upper management will take credit for almost everything - Your opinion/ideas don't matter, only management
